Mr. Miller

​2022 - 2023 will mark fourth year at Mooresville Middle School.  After spending 20 years in an elementary school setting, I made the jump to middle school in February 2019.  Mooresville Middle School welcomed me into their wonderful family and I look forward to working with the students and staff while growing the media center into a program that the entire community will be proud of.

I began my teaching career in Kill Devil Hills, NC, home of the Wright Brothers First Flight.  While teaching second grade, I met my future bride, Sherrill Miller, and we were married in June of 2001.  Our daughter Molly was born in May of 2004 and we decided to relocate to the Lake Norman area in 2005.  After nine more years in 2nd grade, I transitioned into the media center.  I loved my experience in the elementary media center, but after 4 plus years, I decided to transition over to middle school.  I am thrilled with the move and love Mooresville Middle School.
